(And Why I Still Believe in the Power of Something You Can Hold)
Let’s be honest. Most of us have thousands of photos sitting on our phones right now. Vacation pics, food pics, screenshots we meant to delete, and somewhere in there, maybe a selfie or two that we actually like.
But when was the last time you printed a photo?
Not just uploaded it to Instagram or sent it to the group chat. I mean printed it. Framed it. Held it in your hands. Hung it on your wall. Now don't get me wrong, I love posting a new photo on IG and watching the likes roll in, but it never matches the feeling of something tangible you can hold.
The Problem With Digital Clutter
We live in a sea of images. Photos come and go so fast that most never even get a second glance. They get buried in camera rolls, forgotten in cloud storage, or lost when you switch phones. They don’t live with you. They just pass through.
But a portrait that we've created together celebrating you? That deserves better. That deserves a permanent place in your life.

A Daily Reminder of How Badass You Are
There’s something powerful about seeing your portrait every day. Not hidden on a screen, but proudly displayed in your home. Above your desk. In the hallway. We all have days when we feel horrible and hate the way that we look. We're human after all. But on those days when you can flip through an album and see yourself looking your best, it helps. You get to think, "damnnnn I look good!"
More than that, they reflect how you felt. Who you are. The version of you that showed up that day, trusted the process, and owned it. It reminds you that you did something brave and took the time to invest in yourself. Those images become part of your space and a part of your story. Suddenly it's a conversation starter and you're sharing what the experience meant and why you chose to do it in the first place.
Let’s Create Something That Stays
We scroll past thousands of photos every year. Most of them we forget. But the ones we print? We live with them. We return to them. We pass them down.
So if you’ve been thinking about doing a portrait session and want more than a hard drive to lose in your desk, let’s talk.
